Up Close and Critical at VAX LIVE: The Concert to Reunite the World

With more than 40% of the US general population receiving at least one vaccine dose, those who are vaccinated are finding there are more and more opportunities to attend events in person. Global Citizen chose to celebrate the heroic efforts of the front line and healthcare workers who have and continue to make this possible with this live event. Pushing for a campaign "pledge" from the public, Vax Live has already received more than 10 million pledges to be vaccinated. Event organizers chose to allow fully vaccinated healthcare workers to attend and be celebrated, but because the pandemic still poses a threat, they chose to work with CrowdRx to provide verification services as well as event coverage for screening and medical services.

CrowdRx Medical Coverage

Our team of highly trained medical support personnel led, by our expert staff of doctors, was on-site before the event planning and preparing to execute the strategy to provide critical on-site services. With more than 150 staff and doctors at the event, CrowdRx supplied full coverage in preparedness for the expected and the unexpected. Working with Global Citizen, we provided top-level leadership to be fully compliant in executing the event plan within a framework that would assure the safety of the talent, the attendees and staff. Manning screening stations, answering medical questions and concerns of attendees, we covered the event at the entry points and in every corner of SoFi Stadium.

Providing Vaccine Verification Services

CrowdRx was tasked with providing top-level, on-site care while working to reduce transport rates to local areas hospitals and treatment centers. Along with our parent company Global Medical Response, our teams were equipped to provide immediate transport for incidents where on-site services may not meet the patient’s critical care needs. This principal goal to provide expert-level care on site is not only cost-effective for the coverage of the attendees, but it also goes hand-in-hand with our core principles to reduce strain on surrounding communities.
