Matthew Carroll
About
In 2017, Matt and his team designed and built the CRX OMU – Operational Medical Unit, a mobile emergency facility that provides immediate access to critical care. The CRX OMU has operated for over 325 days of deployment across 10 states. When not deployed with CRX OMU, Matt oversees a team of logisticians and operational experts who build and operate emergency care facilities in some of the country’s harshest and remote environments.
Matt began at CrowdRx as a member of our New York City Events Team providing on-site care at Yankee Stadium, Madison Square Garden and the US Open (Tennis) and later transitioned into his current role. With experience including roles as Deputy Director and Director of Medical Operations at major events such as Bass Canyon Music Festival, and the 2023 Lake Placid World University Games, as well as at sites including Live Nation’s Gorge Amphitheater in Washington and several iconic New York City venues, Matt is able to provide CrowdRx’s clients with expert on-site medical guidance and support. Leading the charge for our operations and safety teams, Matt is also credentialed as an EMT-T (CONTOMS) by The US Department of Health and Human Services.
Prior to beginning his career in public safety, he received his Bachelor’s of Science in Fire Science from the University of New Haven.
