Overseeing CrowdRx’s New York Road Runners and TCS New York City Marathon Medical Program, James specializes in optimizing operational efficiency tailored to the specific requirements of each race and event. His specific strength lies in the thorough review and streamlining of standard processes across all services, contributing to heightened success factors.

James previously served as the end-to-end medical project lead for the US LIV Golf Tour, where he orchestrated the establishment of emergency healthcare facilities spanning across 15 states.

He also served on the National Operations and Festival Team, supporting a diverse portfolio of major events, including Lincoln Financial Field, Live Nation’s Gorge Amphitheater, the US Open Tennis Championship, IronMan and EagleMan Triathlons, as well as various other large-scale, high-density rollouts.

Prior to joining CrowdRx, James graduated from Marist College with a degree in finance.
