Nicolette oversees CrowdRx’s California and Memphis Operations, leveraging her extensive experience as an EMT for over a decade to effectively lead these critical functions. Her journey with CrowdRx began in 2018 when she joined as an EMT, and within a year, promoted to the role of operations coordinator in 2019.

In her current capacity, Nicolette carries the responsibility for overseeing various events and venues across the San Francisco Bay Area, including iconic venues such as the Chase Center and Moscone Center. She also extends her expertise to managing several events and venues in Southern California, including SoFi Stadium. Notably, Nicolette and her dedicated team play a pivotal role in providing essential care during festivals held throughout California, working in close collaboration with the Special Operations Team.

In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Nicolette demonstrated her leadership by efficiently managing site testing and screening operations at Nike facilities in Memphis and various sites throughout California.

Nicolette’s journey to CrowdRx was underpinned by her academic achievements. Prior to joining the organization, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer & Family Sciences, with a concentration in Healthcare Management, from San Francisco State University
