Meeting a Logistics Client’s Need for Employee Health Screening
Due to the crucial role our client plays in the supply chain and delivering critical relief, it is considered an essential business and needed to continue operating under state of emergency and shelter-in-place orders. Staff frequently travel internationally and routinely come in contact with packages. To help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, our client hired Global Medical Response (GMR) and CrowdRx to provide onsite temperature screening nationwide via the CrowdRx active and passive fever screen systems.
GMR and CrowdRx worked with the client to install our thermal imaging fever-screen camera systems at their transportation hubs nationwide and worked with the client to provide active screening through on-site EMTs to conduct temperature screening. The GMR and CrowdRx teams also interfaced with the client to provide medical personal for critical testing sites to support staff traveling to and from China.
This comprehensive fever screening approach provided our client with confidence that their locations had the coverage needed for accurately identifying individuals with above-normal body temperatures and/or systemic fevers—and allowed them to continue their critical work during a challenging time.
