The Golden Eagle award is one of the most prestigious accolades in the security and safety industry. This year, CrowdRx was selected as the recipient of the award for its innovative Rampart™ Mobile Medical Unit, a state-of-the-art mobile medical facility designed to provide emergency medical care and support at large-scale events.
Working closely with the State of New York and the Lake Placid 2023 FISU World University Games’ Chief Medical Officer, CrowdRx and GMR coordinated dedicated, on-site ambulance coverage for all venues within the games. Our GMR ambulance corps covered over 2,500 athletes and coaches representing 600+ Universities from over 50 countries.
When Ironman called, we answered. With over 1,500 participants in the IRONMAN Event and participants in the IRONMAN Eagleman 70.3 race, it was critical that our medical support was both responsive and available throughout the course with a potential high volume of medical events. Led by our expert staff of doctors, our team of highly trained medical support personnel was on-site before the event strategically planning and preparing for our unique brand of coverage. Our Board-Certified emergency physicians along with RNs, Paramedics and EMTs were deployed to ensure the safety and well-being of both the participants and spectators. CrowdRx worked with IRONMAN top-level leadership, as well as local and regional authorities, to execute a compliant strategy and to plan for the unexpected.
Fans may not have noticed our presence when attending the Big Game – but that’s how we like it. Covering 70,000 plus in attendance, hundreds of stadium, league and operations staff, as well as the participants is all in a day’s work for CrowdRx.

A unique capability and competitive advantage is deploying our Mobile Emergency Medical Unit – RAMPART™. Fully mobile and capable of being driven onto your location, our 53 foot long, 1,000 square foot facility can be up and running quickly upon arrival. This mini hospital has 15 patient beds, 4 of them for critical care and can be expanded with our western shelters directly attached.

During a seven-day live music shoot for a leading singer/songwriter in Los Angeles, CrowdRx was charged with keeping everyone on the set safe. We deployed one of our lead COVID Compliance Officers and two medics to implement and run the safety protocols we recommended. With a dedicated physician leader on hand for the entire shoot,
CrowdRx has been on the scene at Burning Man for years, providing intensive, comprehensive onsite medical services in the Black Rock Desert in Nevada. Our medical services help keep thousands of annual attendees safe. We set up a fully-staffed and equipped mobile hospital, CrowdRx RAMPART, in the middle of the dessert. Physicians are on site day and night to treat festival attendees and staff who need medical attention.
As part of our CrowdRx Go! reopening services, we worked with client RWS Entertainment Group, a New York City-based production company that creates branded stage shows and experiences worldwide. We partnered with RWS to develop health and safety protocols for both the reopening of its NYC rehearsal complex and its return to live experience production.

CrowdRx is equipped to respond to any medical emergency at any time. This time, we were called in for an epic, time-sensitive rescue—in the Arctic. We were charged with aiding an individual who was taking part in an intense survival reality TV series.
On January 31, 2020, the US Department of Health and Human Services declared a public health emergency to aid the nation’s healthcare community in responding to COVID-19. While COVID-19 was a major threat across Asia at the time, it had not yet been determined to be a global pandemic. CrowdRx was engaged to provide innovative onsite medical solutions to screen attendees.
Due to the crucial role our client plays in the supply chain and delivering critical relief, it is considered an essential business and needed to continue operating under state of emergency and shelter-in-place orders. Staff frequently travel internationally and routinely come in contact with packages. To help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, our client hired Global Medical Response (GMR) and CrowdRx to provide onsite temperature screening nationwide via the CrowdRx active and passive fever screen systems.
